Our school district’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, unveiled by Superintendent Dr. Sean Taylor on July 24th, 2025, is more than a document, it’s a declaration of commitment to our students’ futures. With the guiding vision of “Every Panther, Every Day – Connected, Challenged, and Celebrated,” the plan lays out a transformative path for academic excellence, community connection, and organizational growth.
At its heart is a mission we deeply resonate with: nurturing tomorrow’s leaders by cultivating learning environments that ignite innovation, amplify diverse and critical thinking, and inspire growth and achievement.

Our Team, Our Commitment
The Washington Township Schools Foundation team is energized and ready to support this vision. Led by Executive Director Emily Kaiser, our staff includes Christy Jacobi, Director of Operations and Mia Witzenman, Director of Events, as well two new team members who joined us in August: Ashley Damron, Support Specialist and Natasha Shallon, Director of Communications Our Director of Alumni position is currently open.
Together, we welcome Dr. Sean Taylor and are excited to collaborate in bringing his vision to life. From preschool to graduation, we’re here to help grow Panthers, not just academically, but as compassionate, well-rounded, and lifelong learners.
Panther Pride Fridays
Every Friday, WTSF staff joins the entire Washington Township Schools team in a simple but powerful tradition: wearing North Central High School’s iconic red and black. It’s a visual reminder of our shared commitment and pride in our Panther community. Whether in classrooms, offices, or out in the community, we wear these colors to say: We’re growing Panthers, together.
