Partnering to build a better tomorrow
Supporting quality public education is a long-term investment in the future of our community.
Donations are the life-blood of our organization and serve as the primary funding for our programs. Below are three ways you can help to further our mission of support for Washington Township Schools.
Designated Gifts

PROJECT SPECIFIC GIVING

Designated gifts support specific activities and programs that have been approved by the school administration, as well as endowments created to support predetermined programs and scholarships for the students and staff of Washington Township.

THE ANNUAL
FUND

FUNDING WHERE IT’S NEEDED MOST

From field trips and hands-on learning experiences to classroom libraries and band uniforms, your donations bring ideas to life by funding opportunities and needs that fall outside of the classroom budget, helping to increase equity in our schools and enhance the student experience.

SPONSORSHIP & SUPPORT

COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT

Our sponsors and volunteers help to support yearly WTSF-sponsored fundraising events and programming. Their giving enables the mission of our foundation and ensures that we maintain a connection and presence within the community we serve.

The Annual Fund

Annual Fund gifts include:

Unrestricted Giving

Join the over 1,000 donors who give to our Annual Fund every year. Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Fund allow us to provide resources where they’re needed most, supporting classroom grants, special programming, staff development, and more.

Thank-A-Teacher Gifts

Show an MSDWT teacher or staff member how much their contributions to education mean to you and your child with a gift in their honor. Each gift provides the teacher with a special note, small gift, and sweet treat.

License Plate

With the Indiana education license plate, you can show your support for our public schools. $18.75 goes directly to the school corporation or public education foundation of your choice. When choosing, make sure to designate the ‘Metropolitan School District of Washington Township.’ Do not use the ‘MSDWT’ acronym.

1955 Society Gifts

Join a group of our most dedicated Annual Fund supporters in helping to deliver our mission of enhancing public education in Washington Township. Membership in the 1955 Society comes with added benefits to show our appreciation for your support.

Memorial & Honor Gifts

Honor a friend or loved one by making a contribution that will have a lasting impact. Your gifts support our grants and programming, which enhance the classroom experience for students and teachers in Washington Township.

Buy-A-Brick

Preserve your legacy or honor someone special with a commemorative brick. Once engraved, the brick will be placed in the beautiful Brick Plaza located at the North Central High School football stadium where it can be enjoyed and remembered for years to come.

Designated Gifts

Designated gifts include:

DIRECTED GIFTS

If you would like to see your donation directed to a specific project or initiative within the District, please contact us to learn more about this process

Scholarships

Our mission includes supporting the future success of Washington Township students, so we help to facilitate funding for post-graduate activities by servicing and promoting a variety of scholarship opportunities.

Endowments

Endowments allow us to ensure continued giving and support for years to come. To help support current endowments or to explore creating your own, click below.
