This award was created to celebrate the impact being made by recent NCHS alumni across various backgrounds and industries. Ten NCHS alumni who graduated within the last ten years and are making an impact in their career field and/or their community will be selected.
You can nominate yourself or someone else for this award. Nominees must have graduated between 2014-2024.
Nominees are evaluated based on their achievements, reputation, leadership skills, and ambition to further succeed in their career field and community. Nominations can be submitted any time until the December 31, 2024 deadline.
This criterion evaluates the extent to which an individual has made a meaningful and lasting contribution to their field or community, resulting in positive changes, advancements, or improvements recognized by peers and stakeholders.
The Washington Township Schools Foundation’s core values of Community, Intentionality, Supportive, Engaged, Inclusive will be used as benchmarks in the selection.
- Community: The nominee’s ability to build and strengthen community ties, foster collaboration, and enhance the collective well-being.
- Intentionality: The degree to which the candidate’s actions are purposefully aligned with strategic goals, demonstrating foresight and planning for long-term impact.
- Supportive: The candidate’s role in providing encouragement, resources, and assistance to others, helping them to succeed and thrive.
- Engaged: The level of active participation and investment the candidate has in their field or community, demonstrating commitment and involvement.
- Inclusive: The candidate’s efforts to ensure that their work benefits a diverse group of people, promoting equity and accessibility, regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, faith, income, national origin, or race. Engagement encourages supportive, welcoming, affirming, and inclusive community.
Award recipients exemplify these values in their contributions, impact, and commitment.
