Meet the 2024-2025 WTSF Fellows
The Washington Township Schools Foundation Fellowship gives two North Central seniors the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with a not-for-profit organization, and comes with a $1,000 scholarship for continuing education.
Today on the blog, we’re proud to introduce you to this year’s WTSF Fellows: Reagan Green and Ryleigh Reiblich!

Tell us about yourself!
I am currently a co-president of Best Buddies, the vice president of Student Council, and a member of Counterpoints and Descants show choirs. Outside of school, I work in a daycare at the Monon Center and babysit. I love being super involved around NC and getting to meet new people through this involvement!
Why did you want to be a WTSF Fellow, and what do you hope to learn during your time with the Foundation?
I wanted to be a WTSF Fellow because it seemed like a great way to get involved in my community by providing a student voice within such a prominent organization. During my fellowship, I hope to connect with more programs and people from the district, while learning about the not-for-profit world and what it takes for the Foundation to be so successful within the community.
How do you think the WTSF Fellowship will help prepare you for your future?
In the future, I am planning to major in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Education. I think that this fellowship will give me firsthand experience in working with the community to improve our surroundings, which is knowledge that I can use in my career down the line, whether that be in starting my own business or becoming an educator.

Tell us about yourself!
I’m a varsity softball player at NC, and currently playing for the Indy Wildcards 18u travel team. This summer, I’ve also found great joy in working with dogs at Lucky Dog Retreat!
Why did you want to be a WTSF Fellow, and what do you hope to learn during your time with the Foundation?
I wanted to be a WTSF Fellow because I’ve been a part of Washington Township my entire life, and this provides me the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the district. With the Fellowship also being a first-year program, I’m eager to see what it brings for me as a student.
As a fellow, I hope to learn what it means to be a part of a non-profit organization, especially within a school district. There are so many people and pieces in place for a foundation to run smoothly, so I can’t wait to learn where I fit in and can make an impact.
How do you think the WTSF Fellowship will help prepare you for your future?
I think this fellowship will help me prepare for my future because my goal is to be an educator. After high school, I plan to pursue elementary education. I hope that throughout my time in the Fellowship, I can strengthen my leadership skills so that I can be a successful adult and teacher.
